Ha....Faire season is finally done for me!  And it was a very looooonnngg one.  Too long.  Happiness is selling the MN booth.  Hasn't happened yet, but it will. 

The other happiness will be getting over the last surgery.  Last friday.  Punched holes in me, and ripped out parts.  But they had to.  The parts was no damn good.  Meantime, pain pills are my good friend. LOL.  Went back to work on Tuesday.  Ugh.  Ah well, the down side of being a temp...or contract employee....It is what it is. 

Working on finishing up the last of the commissions and special orders from the season, and moving into some new stuff.  Enjoying just some peace and quiet....We'll see how long it lasts. *grin*   And setting aside one night a week to sew....not just costumes, but whatever I want.  I have plenty of fabric, and patterns....and there are some things I just can't buy.  Besides the crazy corsets I like. I think I need a lovely black silk/brocade one. Not want, need.  mmm.

Well, I made it..... Actually, it was beautiful weekend.....Saturday more so than Sunday, both in weather and sales. LOL.  And the quantity of cute men to flirt with.  :)  Hey, it's not like I'm dead, fer crying out loud...just getting single again. *grin*  Really, though, the weather was wonderful, the crowds, huge, and decent sales.  Sunday, of course, not so much.  Ah, well, that's the way of if.  I have officially listed my booth, tent/space for sale!!!  Yippee!!!  I am delirously happy about it... and I know, some of my friends are not.  And the list of why is too long for here.  

Meantime, life is progressing.  Bummer is that I won't make it back down to KCRF this year.  Stuff on the 5/6, and then surgery on the 12th...and the doctor won't even let me drive back to Milwaukee on Sunday... She'd have a cow if I suggested flying down to KC... But Anthony Rocks!!  If any one gets a chance, swing by my booth down there, and tell him, I think he's wonderful.  I know I've said it to him, but it's nice to hear anyway...

 Meantime, it's late, and I am about to do the pumpkin thing... hmmm, vines and stumps....OH. that's something else. oops.
